RACDC - Economic Development Support to the Town of Randolph

RACDC serves as the economic development arm of the Town of Randolph. Our work for the Town of Randolph includes:

Developing grant proposals for VCDP programs and other State and Federal grant programs
Administering ongoing State and Federally funded projects
Working with the Town of Randolph to plan long term economic development policies and infrastructure requirements
Working to attract new businesses to the Town of Randolph and to assist in the expansion of existing businesses

Current and past projects include:

Construction of a 23,000 square foot office building on the site of the former village school, to serve as headquarters for DuBois & King, Inc., a leading Vermont engineering firm

Grant funding and grant management for Randolph's downtown redevelopment, including the rebuilding of Randolph after the fires of 1992-93, streetscape development, and rehabilitation of downtown buildings.
