Family Fun Play in Rochester

Friday, May 8, 2026 - 7:30pm to Sunday, May 10, 2026 - 12:00am05/08/2026 11:30pm Family Fun Play in Rochester Need a break from all the heavy news lately? Looking for something to do with your kids? Come see the White River Valley Players' spring musical "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown", opening next weekend with shows on Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9, at 7:30 pm, and a Sunday matinee on May 10 at 2 pm. Admission is by pay-what-you-can donation at the door. The performances will be held at the Theater at Valley Hub (former Rochester School Auditorium), 222 S. Main St, Rochester, Vermont. The show features adults playing the child-like characters from "Peanuts" we all know and love, including Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, and Linus. Lots of musical numbers and very short silly scenes (like comic strips), so it's a great show for the whole family, even those with short attention spans! (On Sunday, May 10, there's also a Mother's Day Brunch at Pierce Hall in Rochester from 11 am to 1 pm. You could take Mom out to eat and then come see the show!) If you ever were a kid -- or still are one at heart -- you will enjoy this fun, light-hearted, hopeful show. More info at WRVP.org. Rochester, VT RACDC info@racdc.com America/New_York public
