Love Church is a non-traditional worshiping community. We welcome everyone, including those who have not connected with a church in the past or have left the traditional church for whatever reason. (Please click the link for the website for more information.) Join us on Saturday mornings, 9:00-10:30 AM. We meet in our pavilion, the Love Barn, for conversation, reflection, and prayer before we head out on our own into the fields or woods or ponds, where we remember that we are nature too, and we take in the blessings that surround us. Afterward, we return for a brief closing circle. Such a sweet way to greet the day. Be sure to dress for the weather! This summer, as we meet on Saturday mornings, we will focus on the teachings found in Hsin-Hsin Ming by Seng-ts'an, Third Patriarch of Zen. We'll have fun doing a little comparison of this reading and Jesus' teachings on love and the power of stillness, and we will dive into how this wisdom affects us in our daily lives. Ripple Pizza & Bar in Randolph has been having live music by Jay Burwick and Alex Budney every Monday evening from 7-9pm. They're a very talented guitar and electric bass duo playing rock, funk, blues and soul. Jay was in the Burlington jam band RAQ for many years and toured the country with them. Alex has played with the Seth Yacavone Band, and others. They're great, and it's a pretty big deal to have musicians like them playing in Randolph every week. Come on out and hear them for a fun time. And Ripple has a deal of 2 slices and a beer for only 10 bucks - including draft Switchback and Lawson's Little Sip!
