Amazing Progress at Salisbury Square!
RACDC is proud to report that two affordable-housing apartment buildings, each with four window-filled apartments, are now up at Salisbury Square Village! The hardworking construction team from Naylor & Breen is putting the finishing touches on both. The third building, with four additional apartments, will be arriving from the modular-home factory in Maine and set into place via crane soon. All three apartment buildings are on track to open for residency in October 2025.
Conveniently located directly adjacent to walkable Downtown Randolph, Salisbury Square Village is designed to be 100% sustainable and energy-resilient. The three apartment buildings and nine planned homes will be solar-powered and connected to each other through a unique "microgrid." Residents can expect to maintain power during area outages and have monthly heating and electrical bills that average $0.
