     - What Downtown Designation means for Randolph—including valuable programs like the Downtown Vibrancy Fund, Tax Credits, Downtown Transportation Fund, and priority access to major grants
     - The Main Street 4-Point Approach—a nationally proven framework from Main Street America that helps communities of all sizes strengthen and revitalize their downtowns

Most importantly:
     We'll discuss the crucial next step—forming a new Downtown Organization to ensure Randolph keeps its Designated Downtown status and continues moving forward with energy and vision.
