The Board will hear evidence and receive testimony on a vicious or aggressive dog and public nuisance complaint occurring at 21 Elm Street 5. Proposed Executive Session – Pursuant to 1 V.S.A § 313 (a) (1) (A) [Contracts]; and 1 V.S.A § 313(a) (3) [Personnel/Appointment or Evaluation of a Public Official] 6. Adjournment The executive session was added to the agenda in error. The purpose of this meeting is only to hold the vicious dog hearing.
