Indivisible Randolph Meeting Tuesday
Indivisible Randolph VT will hold a meeting on Tuesday, May 19 from 6-7 pm.
We will begin with some announcements, and then work together making an overpass banner. Materials and instruction will be provided.
Newbies are always welcome!
Here is our Mission Statement:
Indivisible Randolph is a group of area citizens joining together to organize and take action on a variety of statewide and national issues to save and improve our democracy. We are a member of the Vermont Indivisible Network and are eager to work locally and with other groups in the state to effectively strengthen community bonds, engage in mutual aid, and stand up for justice, kindness, and humane government.
We engage in nationwide protests, organize highway overpass rallies, write postcards to encourage resistance and bravery, and host educational events. We are on the lookout for more ways to take effective action!
We aim to resist destructive, corrupt, and undemocratic forces. We are convinced of the power of non-violent resistance and the value of community. We believe in inclusivity, respect, fairness, and peacefulness in our actions in support of true democracy for all.
