Free Brain Health Presentation July 8/Wednesday at 1 pm at the Randolph Senior Center All are welcome/light refreshments provided-- Please join us for this very important free presentation, Building Brain Healthy Habits, presented by AARP Vermont and the Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter. Information given is a research-based education session for adults of all ages who want to protect their brain health. This presentation explores how the brain changes over time and why taking action early matters. You'll learn simple, evidence-based habits you can build into daily life to support memory, thinking, and overall cognitive wellbeing—steps that may even reduce the risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia. Whether planning for the future or supporting a loved one, this program offers practical knowledge and motivation to take charge of your brain health at every stage of life.
