On Sunday September 27th, Central Vermont Council on Aging is Hitting the Trail for healthy aging! Join us at Oxbow Park in Morrisville for CVCOA's 5th annual fundraiser, Hit the Trail. Activities include your choice of a timed 5k run, walk or bike ride along the beautiful Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, followed by live music by Ron Gagnon, lunch from Thompson's Flour Shop, lawn games and raffle prizes back at Oxbow! Not able to get out on the trail? No problem! You can still join us for an afternoon of lunch and live music. Plus, each ticket includes a swag bag with great goodies from Vermont businesses!
