Saturday, Day of the Dead Celebration!
Celebrate Día de los Muertos at the Randolph Gazebo Saturday!
Bring your family, invite a friend, and join us for a free community celebration of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead)! Come enjoy delicious food, make art, learn about the holiday, and honor the memories of loved ones.
Día de los Muertos is a Mexican tradition celebrated internationally and honored by members of our own community. It's a time to remember loved ones who have passed through art, food, storytelling, and gathering together.
Here's what's happening:
**FREE Food by the Randolph Technical Career Center Culinary Program — Enjoy delicious food prepared by local culinary students
**Hands-on crafts — Fun, creative activities for all ages.
**Pan de Muerto from Alta's Conchas — Pick up our pre-order of Pan de Muerto!
**Community altar (ofrenda) — Visit and contribute to a shared altar honoring loved ones who have passed.
**Information and community connections — Learn more about the holiday, its traditions, and local community resources offered by RUHS RJ
If you would like to participate from afar- Email a photo of a loved one you'd like to honor to info@whiterivercraftcenter.org, and WRCC staff will print and add it to the community altar on your behalf.
Free and open to everyone! No registration necessary. Stop by, share a memory, make something beautiful, and celebrate the traditions and people that make our community special.
We hope to see you there!
