The Randolph Town Committee of the Vermont Progressive Party (VPP) is coordinating a Brookfield Town Caucus this upcoming Tuesday at 5:30pm in the Brookfield Library. Are you someone who would like your Vermont town to be more progressive? Do you find yourself supporting progressive values and priorities in daily political discourse? If you do, then this meeting may be of interest to you. The main agenda item for the February 17 meeting is to form a VPP town committee for Brookfield! At the caucus, we'll align on the platform principles of VPP (read them at http://progressiveparty.org/platform), elect a town committee, and choose its first Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. No political experience is needed, and no further commitment is required except to attend, listen, and if you feel comfortable, share your own perspective.
