Chetfest Presents Erik Koskinen with Jeremy Moses
On Saturday, June 20, Chetfest Presents The Erik Koskinen Band with Jeremy Moses Curtis in the barn at the Wayside Farm on Ridge Road in Randolph Center.
Koskinen is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, whose music is not easily categorized by sub-genres. Stylistically, he stands alone, while simultaneously heavily influenced by American roots music. The rhythmic integrity and musical tone are as important as the lyrical content and the artistic intent.
Koskinen's music has reverently entered the anthology of uniquely crafted, wry songs with the likes of Woody Guthrie and Ry Cooder, while speaking plainly.
The Minneapolis Star Tribune calls Koskinen "the real deal" and "the best country songwriter in Minnesota."
Jeremy Moses Curtis will open the show.
Tacos available by suggested donation to benefit The Randolph Food Shelf.
Gates open at 5 p.m., and music starts at 6 p.m. BYOB, and no dogs please. Advance tickets available at Seven Days Tickets.
