We'll take a walk around the farm to see our grass-fed beef herd, flock of Icelandic sheep, milk cows, and the draft horses. You'll hear about our pasture and land management (why we're planting all those trees in the hayfields!), how our ruminant animals fit into our regenerative management, and how human health fits into all of that.
