Take an easy trip to the warm Galapagos Islands! On Sunday, March 24 at 4:30 PM, Starr Strong will present a program on her travels to the Galapagos at the Pond Village Church in Brookfield. These unusual volcanic islands off the coast of Ecuador are home to many species of wildlife found nowhere else, such as giant tortoises, iguanas, blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, and sea lions. Enjoy Starr's stunning, up-close photos as she recounts her adventures in this naturalist's paradise. The program is co-hosted by the Brookfield Conservation Commission and Brookfield Library. Admission is free. The Pond Village Church is located at the intersection of Ridge Road and Route 65.
