Call to Order. 2. Public Comment. 3. Consider Approving Prior January DRB Meeting Minutes. 4. Parcel #234017 located at 20 N Main Street in the RVHD District. The applicant is proposing building 2 ADUs inside an existing accessory building located behind the primary dwelling structure. 5.
