The three year-old, widely-acclaimed Upper Valley Baroque ensemble will present Handel's complete Messiah on Saturday, September 20th at 3 PM, at Chandler Center for the Arts in Randolph. This beloved masterwork is seldom heard in complete form in one presentation. Handel's keen sense of theater is on abundant display, with gorgeous arias performed by over a dozen vocal soloists alternating with virtuosic and dramatic choruses, all accompanied on period instruments and conducted by Artistic Director Filippo Ciabatti.
